Aurevia is a small British business. Your message reaches the person who chose the products, not a support queue. We reply within one working day, usually sooner.

We reply to every enquiry within one working day.
Include your order number. If something arrived damaged or faulty, say so and we will ask for a photo in our reply. That usually settles it in one exchange instead of three.
Tell us what you are lighting and roughly how big the space is. We will tell you honestly whether something in the range suits it, or whether it does not.
