Delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery within the United Kingdom then usually takes 5 to 10 working days.

Most UK orders arrive nearer the shorter end of that window, but we would rather give you a realistic figure than an optimistic one. Orders outside the UK take longer, and how much longer depends on the destination and its customs processing. We will not quote a number we cannot stand behind.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund and we will process it without argument. That applies wherever you are.

United Kingdom
Free on all orders over £35. Below that, delivery is £3.99.

European Union
Standard international delivery, £14.99.

Rest of world
Standard international delivery, £23.99. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, the United Arab Emirates, Israel, Switzerland and Norway.

The exact rate for your address is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Customs, duty and VAT

United Kingdom. You will not be asked to pay anything on delivery. All import VAT and duty is settled before your order reaches you. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, and there are no handling fees on the doorstep.

Everywhere else. We cannot make that promise. Your country may charge import duty, sales tax or a carrier handling fee on arrival, and that is outside our control and not included in what you pay us. If you are ordering from outside the UK, please check your own country's thresholds before you buy. We would rather tell you now than have you meet a bill at the door.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you order, and a second email with tracking once your parcel is on its way. Tracking can take a few days to start updating after dispatch, which is normal and does not mean anything has gone wrong.

If something goes wrong

If your order is late, arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, get in touch with your order number and we will sort it out. You do not need to chase a courier yourself.
