Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not, you can return it.

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To cancel, email hello@aureviastore.co.uk with your order number.

Our 30-day returns

We go further than the statutory minimum. You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return for any reason.

How to return something

1. Email hello@aureviastore.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will reply within one working day with return instructions and the return address.
3. Send the item back. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.

Please do not send anything back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior authorisation cannot be processed, because we cannot identify who they belong to.

Condition of returned items

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and complete with any accessories, fixings or remote controls supplied. We cannot accept items that have been installed, wired in, or damaged after delivery.

Who pays return postage

If the item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or we sent you the wrong thing, we pay the return postage. If you are returning because you have changed your mind, the return postage is yours to cover.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked the returned item, we will refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. We will email you to confirm. Your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to show the refund.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us with photographs within 30 days and we will put it right by repair, replacement or refund.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your right to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
