Two Things At Once

By day it reads as a wind chime, with translucent butterfly wings that catch the light and turn on the breeze. After dark the same wings light from within.

Colour After Dark

The translucent wings light from within once it gets dark, changing colour as they go. It is decoration rather than illumination, and it is honestly better for that.

Frequently Asked Questions

Both, but ornament first. It is made to be looked at rather than to light a path, so treat the glow as atmosphere and use a spotlight if you need to actually see by it.

It charges from the panel through the day and lights once it is dark, so there is nothing to operate. We have no confirmed detail beyond that, so we will not describe the sensor more precisely than we can back up.

Somewhere the panel gets direct sun and the frame can move a little. A branch, a shepherd hook, a pergola beam or a porch bracket all work well.

Yes. The body is ABS with an IP65 rating, so rain and frost are within range. In deep winter, when daylight is short and charging is poor, some people bring it in until spring.

No. The rechargeable cell is built in and charged by the panel on top. There is nothing to buy and nothing to replace.

The Full Details

A hanging solar wind chime with translucent butterfly wings that catch the light by day and glow from within after dark. IP65 rated, charged from its own panel, and needing no wiring or batteries.

What it is

A hanging garden ornament that works twice over. By day it reads as a wind chime, with translucent butterfly wings that catch the light and turn on the breeze. After dark the same wings light from within and change colour. It is a decorative piece first, and it behaves like one.

Hang it and leave it

The solar panel sits on top of the frame, so anywhere that catches daylight will do. It charges through the day and lights after dark. There is no plug, no switch to find in the dark and no batteries to buy, now or later, because the rechargeable cell is built in and included.

Where it works

A branch, a shepherd's hook, a pergola beam, a porch bracket or a fence post. It wants a little room to move and a panel that sees the sun. The body is ABS and it carries an IP65 rating, so rain and frost are within range, though in deep midwinter, when daylight is too short to charge it properly, many people bring it inside until spring.

One thing to know

This is an ornament first and a light second. It is made to be looked at, not to light a path by. If you need to see where you are walking, pair it with a spotlight and let this do the atmosphere.

They are very small but very useful

Very nice, very gorgeous, and very pretty

Fairy lights work great, using them on outdoor wreaths, no power cords to worry about

Perfect all the way around xtra cord for the solar part if needed to put else where

Very nice, very gorgeous, and very pretty

I was amazed at how bright these lights are. they also have a dim setting which i will use so that the light will last all night. very attractive. come with stainless steel screws so they don't rust.

A great product...brilliant light, motion detector built in and an affordable price

Spectacular light and delivery faster than i expected. i recommend everyone to purchase these items.

It was well packaged and arrived in good condition. it is absolutely beautiful. came already charged. it had an on/off button under the charging panel. i recommend fortifying the strings with hot glue if you are planning to hang it outside (where butterflies connect to strings)

Highly recommended. I will buy more.

Got 2 of these, they are beautiful perfect gifts. They loved them & very affordable

I received my order in 5 days...5 days is insane quick...and the hummingbird wind chimes are absolutely gorgeous.....now the box that they came in was completely ruined but the wind chimes were fine..i could not be happier with this purchase! Highly recommend to every one..
