Runs On Sunlight Alone

The panel charges the built-in battery through the day and a sensor switches the lamp on and off by itself. How long it runs depends on the sun it has had, so summer evenings go further than December ones.

Frequently Asked Questions

We have no confirmed run time, so we are not going to invent one. In practice it depends entirely on how much direct sun the panel gets that day. Expect a full evening in summer and a shorter stretch after dusk in midwinter, which is true of every solar light sold in the UK.

Neither. It runs entirely on its own solar panel and built-in rechargeable battery, so there is nothing to wire in, nothing to plug into and nothing added to your electricity bill.

Yes. It carries an IP65 weather rating and an operating range of minus 30C to 65C, so British rain, winter frost and summer heat are all well within what it is built for.

Screw the bracket to any wall, fence post, shed or garage door using the screws supplied. It takes a few minutes, and it starts charging the same afternoon you put it up.

Warm white gives a soft, steady glow that suits porches, patios and paths. The colour changing version cycles gently through the spectrum and holds on whichever shade you like best. Both come in 4, 6 or 8 LED with two brightness levels.

The Full Details

A solar up and down wall light that turns a blank fence, porch or balcony into something worth looking at after dark. Twin beams throw a clean, symmetrical wash in warm white or a gentle colour cycle. It charges on daylight alone, switches itself on at dusk, and screws to any wall in minutes. IP65 rated, so it stays out all year.

Most solar lights look like an afterthought bolted to a wall. The Halo does not. Twin beams throw light upward and downward in a clean, symmetrical wash, turning a blank stretch of fence, porch or balcony into something worth looking at after dark. Choose warm white for a soft, lived-in glow, or the colour-changing version that cycles gently through a full spectrum.

It runs entirely on sunlight. The panel charges the built-in battery through the day, and a light sensor switches the lamp on at dusk and off again at dawn, with no timer, no plug and no wiring to run. Two brightness levels let you dial it down for atmosphere or up when you genuinely need to see the path. Run time depends on how much sun the panel has had, so expect longer evenings of light in summer than in December.

Rated IP65 and built for an operating range of -30C to 65C, it shrugs off rain, snow, frost and summer heat. Installation takes minutes: fix the bracket to any wall, fence post, shed or garage door with the screws supplied, and it starts charging the same afternoon. There is nothing to wire, nothing to maintain beyond an occasional wipe of the solar panel, and nothing added to your electricity bill.
